Terms and Conditions for White Tantric Yoga® Participation
Participation in White Tantric Yoga (WTY) workshops is subject to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). By registering for a WTY workshop, participants agree to comply with these T&Cs, the White Tantric Yoga Release of Liability, the White Tantric Yoga Child Participation Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated by Humanology & Health Science, Inc. (“H&HS”).
1. Eligibility & Participation
Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise permitted under the Child Participation Policy. Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to attend under any circumstances. Children between 9–12 years may only participate if they meet all requirements outlined in the Child Participation Policy. H&HS reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the workshop or impacts the group experience.
2. Service Animals
Only dogs that qualify as service animals under applicable disability laws are permitted at White Tantric Yoga workshops. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not allowed. Service dogs must remain under the handler’s control at all times and sit behind their handler, not within the Tantric line or between partners.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly approved by H&HS and may close prior to the event if capacity is reached.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be listed on the registration page of each workshop. H&HS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to facilitator availability, insufficient enrollment, or government regulations.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward others, including facilitators, staff, and translators. Photography, video, or audio recording without written consent is prohibited. H&HS reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the integrity of the workshop.
6. Child Participation Policy
Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to attend. Children between 9–12 years may only participate if they can remain still, quiet, and engaged for the duration of each meditation. If a child is disruptive, the facilitator or organizer may require the child and parent/guardian to leave the meditation space. The full Child Participation Policy is available electronically and incorporated by reference.
7. Release of Liability
All participants must sign the White Tantric Yoga Release of Liability form at registration. No individual may participate without completing this agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
All written, oral, and visual materials presented at White Tantric Yoga are the intellectual property of H&HS. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
9. Data & Privacy
Participant data is collected only for workshop administration and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Acknowledgment
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Release of Liability and the Child Participation Policy.
